2. Complete REBAC’s Short Sales and Foreclosures Course
3. Complete three 1-hour Webinars (these can be done before attending the class)

4. Download application from www.realtorSFR.org
5. Submit application
• Send completed application to SFR@realtors.org
• $175 application fee waived through March 31, 2010
BONUS: 1-day Short Sales and Foreclosures Course is also approved as an elective for the Accredited Buyer's Representive (ABR®) Designation offered through REBAC.
